All items will be dispatched within 1 working day after the order has been placed and payment confirmed using a Royal Mail first class tracked service, this will require a signature on delivery and you will recieve the tracking number to follow via email.



Our returns and exchange policy is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your order for the same item, contact us to arrange this. Any customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Failure to do so will invalidate your return.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will credit your account back automatically via the original method of payment, depending on how busy we are, it can take up to 48 hours.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges are welcome pending stock. Please contact us.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning items, we ask that you use a track able shipping service or obtain proof of postage and provide us this.
